Three shared Notion teamspaces
Start with the part of your studio you want to improve. Follow a product and its decisions in The Foundry, draw on Swift Brain when building an Apple app, and study Ops Lab when you need to give an agent a useful responsibility. These are connected parts of a real working practice, with different reuse options in each space.

The Foundry
The Foundry is a shared Notion teamspace with selected Crafter Apps product work. Projects, briefs, tasks, documentation, feedback, and decisions stay connected, so you can follow both the next action and the reason behind it. Access is for viewing and commenting, with copying or export where an item offers it; #studio-foundry is where the discussion continues in Slack.

How the parts work together
For example, follow a Crafter Apps project in The Foundry to see how its brief and tasks carry context. Use a resource to learn why that structure helps, then bring your own project setup to the focused Slack room. Swift Brain and Ops Lab add knowledge and specialist patterns when your work calls for them.
Use #crew-ama to bring a question that needs a deeper explanation. I can gather context in a thread and turn useful questions into a recorded answer, resource, or workflow breakdown.
Get into your teamspaces
- Join Slack first; I arrange the Notion invitation manually from there.
- Open your teamspaces from the dashboard after the invitation arrives. If Notion asks you to request access before then, contact me in Slack.
- Use #studio-foundry, #swift-brain, and #ops-lab for the relevant shared work.
- Adapt material to your own workspace, tools, and accounts. Follow the copying options provided with each item.
A private Mentee’s Cockpit and a private working relationship with me belong to Crafter Mentorship. Crafter includes the three shared spaces.
Limits worth knowing
Crafter is limited to 100 members by design, so the shared spaces and focused rooms stay useful. The membership page shows when the tier is full before checkout starts.
Teamspace access covers the material shared in The Foundry, Swift Brain, and Ops Lab; it does not extend to private company operations or my own working systems. Crew AMA questions and requests shape what I explain next; they do not guarantee an individual answer or a custom deliverable. Third-party tools, subscriptions, and API usage stay your own.
