What it is
The community calendar shows the next five weeks of scheduled content drops, plus recent drops from the past weeks. The grid uses color-coded category labels so you can scan what kind of drop is coming; if a day has multiple drops in the same category, the label shows a count. Click a date to see each full resource title and summary.
Scheduling happens in one place: when an admin schedules a resource from the Post tab, it shows up here automatically. No separate calendar data to manage.
How the card labels work
- Calendar grid — each small label shows the resource category, tinted by category color, with a count when that category has multiple drops.
- Drops Apr 25 — the selected-day card is scheduled and not yet live.
- Published Apr 25 — the selected-day card has already dropped and links to the resource page.
Member visibility
Calendar drops are member resource drops. Paid members starting with Builder Pass can use the calendar to see what is coming and open published resources, while guests and inactive members are routed back to membership before paid content opens.
How to use
- Open the Calendar tab from your dashboard sidebar.
- Browse the five-week month view to see upcoming drops.
- Click any date to see the drops for that day in the side panel.
- Click a published card to jump straight to the resource.
