- A calm place to learn, share, and grow as a developer with the crew

Crafter’s Lab is a peaceful, private workshop for AI-powered solo developers.
To keep this a calm and focused space, everyone is expected to treat others with respect and stay in the builder mindset—here to help, share, and learn.
If you act out of line, create drama, spam, or don’t align with the spirit of the community, we reserve the right to remove your access at any time. No appeals, no drama—just a peaceful, friendly lab for makers.
Community Behavior
We’re serious about maintaining our culture:
- We’re building a peaceful place. No toxicity, no ego battles.
- Indie/solo devs only. This isn’t for big teams or corporate folks.
- Be here to contribute. Share your wins, your struggles, your knowledge.
- Respect is non-negotiable. Treat everyone like they’re sitting next to you.
- No drama, no spam. Just builders helping builders.
If you’re not here to collaborate respectfully, you may be removed. This keeps the community valuable for everyone who’s actually here to build and grow.
No drama, spam, or harassment
Zero tolerance. If you harass anyone, spam the channels, or bring drama into our peaceful space, you’re out. No warnings, no second chances for serious violations. We protect the community vibe above all else.
No legal guarantees
Resources and community advice cannot guarantee a particular result for your project. Use your own judgment when applying them. This does not remove the membership experience promised by your pass or applicable consumer rights.
Subscriptions & payments
Recurring memberships auto-renew at the amount and interval selected in Gumroad checkout until canceled. The one-time Founding Chapter offer does not renew. Existing Stripe members remain billed and supported through Stripe during the provider transition. Your Profile opens the correct provider's billing management experience; the site does not offer a choice of payment provider.
- You may cancel in Gumroad's membership settings or the Stripe customer portal, depending on your billing provider. A scheduled cancellation keeps paid access through the provider-verified end of the paid billing period.
- After that paid-through date, access from that subscription ends. Another independently valid membership or O.G. benefit can continue the access it provides. Failed renewals may end access sooner when the provider confirms that payment has failed.
- Crafter’s Lab does not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. If a payment is refunded or disputed through the payment provider, a full refund or unresolved dispute ends the related paid entitlement; partial-refund handling may require manual review.
- New Gumroad passes have no free trial. Prices may change with 30 days notice, but the recurring rate remains locked while that subscription stays continuously active.
- Changes of pass or billing interval are support-assisted. Founder and Crafter Mentorship transitions also require review of existing contracts, paid-through time and member consent. A new purchase does not automatically cancel another subscription, apply credit or waive O.G. rights.
Crafter Mentorship terms
Crafter Mentorship is by application, with a short fit conversation before purchase, and is limited to two active Mentees. It costs $2,000 USD per month before applicable tax, billed monthly, and is built around a three-month commitment to the work. The Mentee may cancel at any time, including within the first three months; cancellation stops future monthly payments, and access continues through the period already paid for. Otherwise the mentorship continues month to month until canceled. It includes complete Crafter access while active.
Mentorship is async-first in a private Slack channel, with no instant or continuous availability. It is a dedicated program, separate from Builder, Crafter and Founder membership, covering guidance on building and operating the Mentee’s AI-native app studio, including its apps, agents, knowledge, development workflows and operations. It does not include implementing features, committing code, producing designs or marketing, operating the business or managing the project, and it does not guarantee launch, App Store approval, users or revenue. The Mentee owns the work, execution, product and intellectual property.
One-time Founding Chapter terms
Founder costs $1,500 USD once before applicable tax. Gumroad shows the total due and applicable tax before payment. There is no trial or automatic renewal. It includes ordinary complete Crafter access from verified purchase through December 31, 2029, ending at January 1, 2030, 00:00 Europe/Malta. The shared chapter is January 2027–December 2029.
One account holder per place, with no transfer or gifting at launch. At most ten original people are admitted. There is no separate calendar sales deadline: admission continues while an original place remains, unless the offer is withdrawn. Access still ends at January 1, 2030, 00:00 Europe/Malta, so a later Founder receives the remaining part of the chapter. A refund, departure or expiry does not automatically make another place available.
Founder includes no additional permissions, governance, ownership, private company operations or guaranteed individual support. Feedback invitations are asynchronous in normal Lab spaces, without a fixed schedule, quota or guaranteed delivery. Crafter Mentorship remains separate.
Legitimate founding recognition remains private after ordinary access expiry. It does not grant paid access or promise permanent hosted service. Full refunds and confirmed revocation remove the qualifying recognition. A dispute suspends its access while retaining the distinction pending resolution; partial refunds require review. Public recognition needs separate consent, and account deletion follows the existing privacy and retention policy.
Founder follows the refund policy above: Crafter’s Lab does not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. Payment disputes are handled through the payment provider. Contact developer@crafterapps.com for billing questions. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Existing purchasers retain any rights under their agreed purchase terms.
The Lab may evolve while preserving the promised member experience and value. December 2029 is a reflection and choice point, not a scheduled shutdown. Any successor offer needs a separate choice and payment, with no automatic renewal, reserved place or promised discount. Another independently valid membership continues under its own terms.
Existing annual Founder subscriptions and O.G. price commitments retain their own contracts. This one-time offer does not cancel, replace or waive those rights. Previously permitted downloads, exports and duplicates follow their existing license; they do not include continuing hosted access, updates or new downloads after expiry.
Intellectual property
You own what you create. Membership does not transfer ownership of the Crafter’s Lab platform or its curated resources. Don’t share premium content outside the workshop—that’s not cool and hurts other members. If you share knowledge or code in the workshop, you’re allowing other members to learn from and use it (that’s the whole point).

The bottom line: Be kind, be helpful, be a builder. That’s it. That’s the terms.
