What it is
Ops Lab is the Notion command-center layer for AI-agent systems: role briefs, prompts, workflow maps, operating notes, and reusable patterns I use to run the Lab like a small studio. It is where the agent side of the workshop becomes readable and adaptable.
Treat it as a living system, not a vendor-managed automation package. Keep the core templates, duplicate the pieces that fit, and adapt them as your stack, models, and workflow change.
