Seeing how real product work is organized makes it much easier to organize your own. That is what The Foundry is for.
The Foundry is a shared Notion teamspace where you can study selected product work from Crafter Apps and the decisions behind it. Explore how project context, feedback, and documentation connect, then use those ideas to improve the organization of your own projects.
What you can see
Shared Crafter Apps projects for Apple and web platforms, each with the documents, experiments, and decisions connected to it. A brief explains why a piece of work exists, its tasks carry that intent forward, and feedback and decisions stay attached to the work they describe, so the next step and the reason behind it are easy to follow.
Access is for viewing and commenting. Where an item offers copying or export, you can take it into your own workspace; elsewhere, the structure is there to learn from. The Foundry is a place to study, not a studio template to duplicate.
How to use it
Comment where a question or observation belongs to the work itself. Bring the wider conversation, such as how you are adapting an idea in your own studio, to #studio-foundry in Slack, where the Foundry discussion continues.
A first exploration
Pick one Crafter Apps project and follow a single piece of work from its brief to its tasks, then to the feedback and decisions around it. Notice where context is kept and how the next step stays clear. Then decide what your own studio needs: perhaps a clear home for each project, a task linked to its brief, or one place for feedback and decisions that your next agent session can find.
How it fits with the other teamspaces
The Foundry shows connected product work. Swift Brain supplies Swift and SwiftUI knowledge for you and your coding agents. Ops Lab offers instructions, skills, and blueprints for your own agent specialists. Resources explain the work behind all three; the Run the solo studio guide covers how Notion Ops relates to them.
Getting access
The Foundry is included with Crafter, Founder, and Crafter Mentorship. Join Slack first; I arrange the Notion invitation from there. After the invitation arrives, open your teamspaces from the dashboard. If Notion asks you to request access before then, contact me in Slack.
