Mentee’s Cockpit is a private Notion workspace dedicated to your Crafter Mentorship, and only Mentees have one. It is where you, I, and my AI agents work together on your studio: documents, research, decisions, and reviews. It preserves the goals, apps, and priorities that help us develop your studio over time.
It is separate from the three shared teamspaces. The Foundry, Swift Brain, and Ops Lab are shared with Crafter, Founder, and Mentorship members; your Cockpit is yours alone.
What it holds
- Studio direction: your goals, apps, and the studio you want to build.
- Current priorities: the apps, agents, knowledge, and workflows that need attention now.
- Important decisions: what we decided and the reasoning behind it.
- Open questions and risks: what is still uncertain and what could go wrong.
- Documents and research: the briefs, research, and working documents that my agents and I prepare with you.
- Reviews and feedback: my reviews of what you have made.
- Progress and next actions: what changed and what you are doing next.
How it works with Slack
Share work in your private Slack channel through text, voice messages, screenshots, files, and short screen recordings. When something should last, such as a decision, a review, or a change of priorities, it goes into the Cockpit. Each month we use it for a reset of what changed and what matters next.
Some of the work in your Cockpit is prepared with AI assistance. The privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
